Future seers say that the Center for Other Worlds Research, BIZZARICA, will be established in 2219 in orbit around Alpha Centauri. It is destined to become the first permanently inhabited human scientific base beyond the Solar System

Its famed expedition to the Wolf 359 system will uncover rich alien flora and fauna, while research in the Tau Ceti system will reveal ancient stone temples, petroglyphs, and artifacts of a long-lost alien civilization
